Katherine Parthimos is a tattoo artist and graphic designer working in both Montreal, and the south of France. Katherine graduated from Concordia University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Montreal in 2020.
Since then she has dedicated her time on projects such as founding Somewhere Gallery, creating graphic design for various non-profit organizations as well as discovering a love for doing black line work tattoos.
Katherine Parthimos est une tatoueuse et graphiste travaillant à Montréal, et aussi dans le sud de la France. Katherine est diplômée de l'Université Concordia avec un baccalauréat en beaux-arts à Montréal (depuis 2020).

History of her artwork
Through body language, Katherine Parthimos is interested in studying how the objects of the domestic world are a part of every conversation and how they can be used as modes of communication.
In her practice, Parthimos studies the interconnected themes of body language, vulnerability, communication and community through the use of interesting compositions, colours and symbols.

À travers le langage corporel, Katherine Parthimos s'intéresse à étudier comment les objets du monde domestique font partie de chaque conversation et comment ils peuvent être utilisés comme modes de communication.
Dans sa pratique, Parthimos étudie les thèmes interconnectés du langage corporel, de la vulnérabilité, de la communication et de la communauté par l'utilisation de compositions uniques, de couleurs et de symboles intéressants.
